Here are the three keys that the video has given you…


  1. Observation

Learning to step back and observe what you are living from, rather than merely living from it without being aware.

2. Separation

Whilst observing, without condemning yourself, line your attitude up with ‘I no longer want this to rule in my life’.

3. Presence

Allow the resources and abundance of being loved by Jesus begin to speak the new you into being.

The Exercise

Breathe

Sit comfortably. Begin to breath slowly and deeply. Rest. Try not to think of anything other than your breathing. Allow yourself to be aware that the Holy Spirit is with you in your breathing. Do this for 2 minutes

Reflect

Reflect over your day, and allow one reaction that you had come to mind. Stand back from yourself, as an observer. Do not judge yourself. Just notice what you are doing, the state of your heart, and the energy you are using. Do this for 3 minutes

Catch the Script

Ask yourself, ‘If there is one phrase that comes to mind, that sums up my inner voice in that moment, what would it be?’ I.e. ‘I am too small…’, ‘No-one can hear me’, “I have to fight, I’ve been disrespected’. Do this for 3 minutes

Release

Now, inside, break from your reaction and the inner voice you have been able to identify. Have the attitude of ‘I am sorry Jesus, I let go of this, whatever it is doing for me, I no longer want it. Do this for 3 minutes

Receive

Now receive his release and comfort. As you breath out, let go, and as you breath in, focus on his flow of love within you. Do this for 2 minutes

NOW: Identify your PERSONAL blocks.
